Sample Order

Would you like to assess the quality of our products before buying? No problem! At Schirmmacher, you can order an unprinted sample of many of our products at a reduced price, with free delivery.

You can easily order a sample from our webshop by clicking the black 'Order 1 Sample' button on the relevant product page. Alternatively, you can contact us via email, live chat or telephone.

In general, you should receive our samples within two to three days if you are in the EU, or within three to four days if you are outside the EU. For urgent orders, please contact us directly to discuss options for faster delivery.

We ship all umbrellas, small parasols and some seating elements as samples by default. For other products, such as large parasols and tents, sample delivery is only available upon request. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply to such special orders.

We usually only provide unprinted samples. However, if you would like to evaluate the print quality in advance, we can sometimes supply printed samples from previous projects. We can also produce a custom printed sample based on your specifications upon request. Please note that production costs apply in these cases.

Samples cannot generally be returned. However, if you would like to return something (for example, if you have ordered multiple samples), please get in touch with us. We will always find a suitable solution!
