Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Request
Please submit a reservation request using the online form. We will check availability immediately and get back to you with a booking summary. All you need to do is confirm the reservation in writing.
2. Payment
Along with your reservation confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the base fee. Payment must be received by us at least 2 days before the goods are shipped. In urgent cases, please contact us. Once the tents have been returned, you will receive a final invoice for the rental and shipping costs.
3. Delivery
The rental items will be delivered by a delivery service. Delivery usually takes place about 2 days before your requested date. Of course, you only have to pay for the rental period starting on your requested date. If there are any delivery delays, you can cancel free of charge.
4. Calculation of the Lease Term
The rental period begins on your desired date. The rent is charged for this week and for each additional week or portion thereof (7 days).
5. Returns
In consultation with you, we will arrange for our package delivery partner to pick up the rented tents and accessories from your location at a convenient time. The items must be packed and ready for pickup by this date. If the items are not ready for pickup, we will have to charge for an empty trip, and we will make another pickup attempt at a later date.
6. Cancellation
The rental agreement can be canceled free of charge up to 1 week before the rental begins. If a payment has already been made, you will receive a refund.
7. Purchase of the tents
You have the option to purchase the folding tents and accessories you’ve rented. If you’d like to do so, just let us know, and we’ll provide you with a great offer to purchase the items at their residual value.
8. Damage to the Goods
Please contact us if the rented items have been damaged. After the items are returned, we will inspect all of them for damage. If damage is found, we will repair it if possible. If repair is not possible, you will be billed for the current market value of the items in your final invoice. Normal wear and tear will not be taken into account.
