Would you like to assess the quality of our products before making a purchase? No problem! At Schirmmacher, you can order an unprinted sample of many products at a reduced price – with free shipping!

How can I order a sample?

You can easily order a sample in our webshop by clicking the black “Order 1 Sample” button on the relevant product page. Alternatively, you can also contact us by email, chat, or phone.

What is the delivery time for samples?

In general, you will receive our samples within two to three days within the EU, and within three to four days outside the EU. In urgent cases, please contact us directly so we can explore options for even faster delivery.

Which products are available as samples?

By default, we ship all umbrellas, small parasols, and some seating elements as samples. For other products, such as large parasols and tents, sample delivery is available upon request only. Please note that shipping costs may apply for such special orders.

Can I also order a printed sample?

We usually provide unprinted samples only. However, if you would like to evaluate print quality in advance, we can often supply printed samples from previous projects. Upon request, we can also produce a custom printed sample based on your specifications. Please note that production costs apply in these cases.

Can samples be returned?

Returns of samples are generally not possible. However, if a return is important to you (e.g. when ordering multiple samples), simply get in touch with us. We will always find a suitable solution!
