- We attach great importance to attentive and supportive care for our customers, starting with the development of the initial idea right through to the finished product. Even after an order has been completed, we continue to provide support in all possible areas relating to our products!
2-year warranty
To ensure that you enjoy full security when purchasing advertising materials, we provide you with a 2-year warranty. The warranty is structured as follows:
- Should a problem occur with your product due to defects in materials or workmanship, Schirmmacher will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product. If both a repair and replacement are not possible, you will be refunded the purchase amount.
- The warranty only covers defects in workmanship. It does not apply to improper use, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water or normal wear and tear. Transport damage is also excluded from the warranty. If transport damage is apparent upon receipt of the goods, it must be reported immediately. This should be done directly with the carrier.
- Also excluded from the warranty are colour changes that can occur due to UV light and sunlight. Especially with parasols, we take special care to ensure that the lightfastness is as high as possible. However, absolute lightfastness of the fabric and printing inks is not possible. The lightfastness depends on many factors, such as colours, printing technique, sunshine duration and orientation. We will be happy to give you personalised advice on this subject.

As a community-based company with a social conscience, we not only expect high-quality products from our suppliers; compliance with sustainable product standards are also of crucial importance to us. We therefore want to ensure that the products we offer have been produced under fair conditions.
We require our business partners to act in accordance with our code of conduct. Violations of this will lead to termination of the business relationship.
