General Terms of Delivery
- The delivery period starts once the client has approved the order and print data, and payment has been received for orders requiring a deposit. Delivery time is paused while proofs and print templates are reviewed by the contractor—from the day they are sent until the day feedback is received. If the contractor requests any changes that affect production time, a new delivery period begins once the changes are confirmed in writing.
- If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events that could not have been avoided with reasonable precautions—whether in our operations or at our suppliers—the delivery time will be extended by the duration of the delay plus a reasonable time to resume operations afterwards. This only applies if we did not cause the delay intentionally or through gross negligence.
- If a delivery delay is our responsibility, the customer can only make further claims after a reasonable deadline they set following the delay has passed. In this case, the customer may claim compensation for any proven damages resulting from the delay.
- The delivery period ends when the goods leave the production facility or are placed in storage.
